Cordyceps flower Soup

  1. Take 15gm of Cordyceps flower, soak in water for 10 minutes, drain and rinse with water.
  2. Boil 2L of water on high heat and add pork or chicken meat.
  3. Add 2 slices of ginger and the Cordycepsflower to the boiling pot.
  4. Turn to medium heat and cook for another 1.5 hours.
  5. Add Goji berry, Red date and cook for a further 30minutes.
  6. Serve hot.

 

Cordyceps flower bud Soup

  1. Take 15gm of Cordyceps flower buds, soak in water for 10 minutes, drain and rinse with water.
  2. Boil 2L of water on high heat and add pork or chicken meat.
  3. Add 2 slices of ginger and the Cordyceps flower buds to the boiling pot.
  4. Turn to medium heat and cook for another 1.5 hours.
  5. Add Goji berry, Red date and cook for a further 30minutes.
  6. Serve hot.

 

Peach resin crystal and Snow lotus seed dessert

Ingredients for serving of four people

Snow lotus seeds 70 pieces

Peach resin crystal 40 pieces

White fungus    1 large piece

Red date and rock sugar

  1. Take Peach resin crystals and Snow lotus seeds, soak in water and leaveovernight. Drain and rinse with water.
  2. Take white fungus and soak in water for 1 hour.
  3. Remove the seed of red date.
  4. Put all the ingredients in a 1L of waterpot and boil for 1 hour.
  5. Add rock sugar and cook for a further 30 minutes.
